Houston Rescue and Restore Coalition’s is hosting its Second Annual Shop Smart Event. This event’s primary purpose is to promote businesses and organizations who support Fair Trade. HRRC is excited about the opportunity for community members to come together and learn more about Fair Trade.

What:
Learn more about Fair Trade and support your favorite Fair Trade vendors all in one location!

When:
3:00-5:30PM, September 25, 2011

Where:
The Meeting Room at the Dominican Sisters – 6501 Almeda Rd. Houston, TX 77021

Why:
To raise awareness of buying Fair Trade, the importance of being a conscientious consumer, and support Fair Trade vendors in Houston

There is only 1 entrance to the Dominican Sister’s site, which is located off of Almeda Rd. The Meeting Room is located in the Administration Building. Enter the Administration Building through the South Entrance. HRRC will be located at the X seen on the map to the left.
